Business Change Implementer


We are looking for two experienced and dedicated Business Change Implementers who can help make change happen across the company. In this role, you’ll lead workstreams and projects that bring in new ways of working, improve collaboration, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be hands-on with planning, impact assessments, and making sure changes stick – all while keeping the patient experience front and centre.

You’ll work with teams to design better processes, support training and testing, and keep everyone engaged along the way. If you enjoy problem-solving, influencing how services work, and helping people adapt to digital solutions, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference across our Trusts and primary care.

This position will require some flexibility around working patterns in order to provide the necessary support to the service. It will include some out of hours working, to include evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Travel across sites will be essential.

Salary: £39,768 per annum

Contract: Full time, 12-month fixed term

Location: Warwickshire
