We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Specialist to join our Technology Services division. The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise across a range of technologies, including firewalls, switching, routing, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
The post holder will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving advanced technical faults and delivering high-level support to users of Innovate’s ICT hardware and software services. In addition, they will act as a subject matter expert in the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects for all stakeholders.
This role will predominantly be based at George Eliot Hospital, however there will be a requirement to work from our other sites across Warwickshire as necessary.
