Innovate proudly announces its retainment of Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, marking another significant milestone in safeguarding patient data against cyber threats.

Innovate took charge of a pivotal pilot exploring the benefits of two-way, read-only EMIS access between a select number of GP practices in North Warwickshire and the Mary Ann Evans (MAE) Hospice.

The pilot, conducted for the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board and involving 11 local GP practices, opened the door for the seamless sharing of patient records between local GP practices and hospices.

In a major development for patient-centred healthcare, Innovate proudly announces the latest improvements to South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust's (SWFT) Patient Portal.

The Patient Portal now has seamless integration with the NHS app, facilitating direct access to appointment and clinical letters, notifications, and alerts through the application. A new standout feature is the ability for patients to conveniently complete pre-consultation questionnaires via the NHS App, promising more streamlined and patient-friendly healthcare experiences.

Since November 2023, Warwickshire Wheelchair Service (WWS) has been leading the way for SWFT by trialling the use of artificial intelligence in partnership with the Digital Hub. A new referral screening system using a chatbot virtual assistant is being piloted, where referred clients or their carers receive a phone call from ‘LOLA’ who completes their initial referral screening process using a WWS approved protocol.

Innovate, in collaboration with South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) and Datacentre UK, recently unveiled two state-of-the-art data centres at Warwick Hospital.

Since 26 February 2024, these two operational, secure, and energy-efficient data centres have become the home for all our servers, storage, and network connectivity. This marks a substantial technological upgrade for our valued customers in Warwickshire.
