We are looking for a Change Manager to join our team, working across our Trusts (George Eliot Hospital and South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust), Primary Care and Innovate stakeholders, on digital and transformation projects and programmes.
As a Change Manager, you will be instrumental in driving change, collaborating with a diverse range of operational, clinical and administrative stakeholders. This role will lead and drive the change management activities required to implement new business processes as part of embedding improvements, new digital solutions and new ways of working. Your expertise will be critical in managing change and realising benefits.
What you will be doing:
As Change Manager will be at the forefront of the change, working with all stakeholders in the acute, primary care and community settings.
You will be part of Innovates Business Change Team and will work closely with the Digital Change and Transformation Manager.
Your role will be central to reducing risk, to driving improved adoption and overall enabling required change to enable benefit realisation.
