We are looking for a Business Change Implementer to join our team, providing business change expertise to the staff that we support. The team works closely with the Digital Project Management teams to support local and national project implementations alongside the scheduled ‘business as usual’ offerings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the delivery of change and transformation requirements, including the mapping and analysis of service provision, the identification of new and innovative ways of working, and of benefits associated with this change and transformation. Ideally this experience will be within the NHS. The role also requires experience in managing your own workload, excellent computer skills and strong communication skills.
This position will require some flexibility around working patterns in order to provide the necessary support to the service. This includes some out of hours working, including some evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. It will be based at Warwick but travel to other sites will be essential.
