Clinicians Speak, Systems Listen: Innovate Delivers Voice Tech for SWFT
Innovate has partnered with South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) to deploy advanced voice recognition technology across its Haematology and Oncology service—marking a pivotal step in the Trust’s digital transformation journey.
With Innovate’s support, SWFT has successfully implemented Fluency Direct and Fluency Flex, two advanced solutions from the M*Modal platform. These tools are designed to streamline clinical documentation and reduce administrative overhead, enabling clinicians to dedicate more time to patient care. The solutions went live at the end of June, following a collaborative rollout.
Fluency Direct empowers clinicians to dictate notes directly into electronic systems in real time, while Fluency Flex allows clinicians to use clinical templates to document consultations. Together, these tools will enhance clinical workflows and improving the accuracy and speed of record-keeping across multidisciplinary teams.
This rollout, championed by Innovate, aligns with SWFT’s broader ambition to harness digital innovation to improve care quality, optimise clinician time, and future-proof healthcare delivery in an increasingly complex environment.
This collaboration underscores Innovate’s commitment to supporting NHS organisations in delivering digital solutions that make a real-world impact – empowering clinical teams with the tools they need to provide exceptional care.
