Shaped by Us: Our Refreshed Company Values
At Innovate, our values are more than just words—they are the foundation of how we work, collaborate, and deliver for our partners and patients. As we continue to evolve in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape, we’re proud to unveil a refreshed set of company values that reflect who we are today and where we’re heading tomorrow.

Our Staff Forum representatives have been working closely with teams from across the company to ensure that this piece of work is a true representation of the views of our people and of our company culture. Based on colleague feedback, the Staff Forum presented the top five choices for our revised values, with staff being asked to vote on the option that they felt best aligned with who we are as a company.
“Having our values shaped by our people and the qualities that are most important to them has been essential to us” shared Kate Hughes, Director of People and Organisational Development. “The voices of our staff play a vital role in ensuring a collaborative and inclusive workplace, and it is their insights that help to shape decision-making and drive our continuous improvement”.
Staff Forum representative, Isa Ahmed, said of the experience, “it has been really valuable being able to get the views of my colleagues and learning about the values that are most important to them. It quickly became apparent to me that at the heart of everything we do is the desire to make meaningful and positive changes in healthcare, as well as working closely with those we are supporting to find ways to continually improve delivery of services for patients and staff”.
These refreshed values are not just a reflection of who we are—they are a commitment to how we will continue to grow, support one another, and deliver meaningful change. We’re excited to embed them into everything we do, together.
